Whoa, I thought. Is Slate serving up an RSS feed of Bushisms?  Did Jacques build some sort of custom HTML scraper tool in his copious free time?  The truth was a bit more mundane &#8212; Jacques simply pasted all the quotes in a local flat file. Heck, even <em>I<\/em> coulda written a script to handle <em>that<\/em>.
